To help people move through grief with grace, compassion and support.
Life's waves impact us all. What if we had access to tools, techniques and a community of kindhearted people dedicated to honoring the past and growing beyond it.
Whether you're experiencing the grief that comes with healing trauma, the loss of a loved one, pet, career or a major life transition this practice is curated to help you move through it with compassion, grace and community.
Together we will move through the various feelings that come up with grief in a healthy way so that you're not wrapped up in loops and patterns that are harmful and keep you stuck.
The Method
Erica combines her training in Healing Emphasis Yoga Therapy, Grief Movement, Mind-Body, Somatics, Reiki, TRE along with her lived experience and intuition to create a nurturing, safe container for resolving stored grief, stress and/or trauma.
Grief Relief Community Circles are offered both in person and on zoom.
